My work

Integrates Executive Function Coaching with Educational Therapy (language and literacy), recognising that reading, writing, comprehension, and internal language are key foundations for planning, regulation, self-monitoring, and independence.

Support is designed strategically to reduce cognitive load and build sustainable systems for learning, growth, wellbeing, and daily life.

Co-author of the acclaimed Smart but Scattered series, her work has transformed how we understand and support children and teens struggling with attention, planning, and organisation. Dr Dawson's evidence-based strategies are not just about managing tasks; they're about empowering young minds to thrive independently.
